Decant only what is safe to decant
Use clean, labelled containers for products that remain stable outside their original packaging. Keep medication, sunscreen, contact-lens products, and anything whose instructions matter in the original container when appropriate. Never mix products in one bottle.
Choose products that do two jobs well
A tinted sunscreen may replace a separate base for some people; a cream colour can work on cheeks and lips; a gentle face wash may also remove light makeup. Multi-use is valuable only when the product genuinely suits both tasks and your skin.

- Protect pumps and caps from pressure changes
- Put liquids in a wipeable transparent pouch
- Carry essential medication and contact-lens supplies with you
