Create four zones

  • Documents and wallet
  • Charging
  • Daily clothing
  • Toiletries

Keep valuables deliberate

Use the room safe only after understanding its instructions and limitations. Never leave passports, medication, cash, or devices scattered under clothing or bedding. Choose one consistent place and perform a visual check before leaving the room.

Contain, do not decorate

Keep toiletries together on a washable pouch or tray, dirty clothing in one bag, and chargers connected in one visible location. Avoid spreading belongings across empty drawers for a short stay; hidden storage is easy to forget.

Run the checkout sweep

  • Bed and bedding
  • Bathroom and shower
  • Safe
  • Every outlet
  • Drawers and wardrobe
  • Behind curtains and doors
  • Mini-fridge, if used
